The kids play area and pool was absolutely fantastic, with amazing staff, facilities and ambience. Big big shout out to the staff in the play area. They knew our baby's name so quickly and it created an amazing personal touch. Our baby loved playing there every day and 2 hours were complimentary. The water play area and pools were exceptional and our grandchildren had heaps of fun there each day. The free activities such as the archery and mini golf provided a change from water play. This was the only 5 star resort we stayed in.... And it felt like it. Very grand, the options at the buffet breakfast were over and above anything we had seen.
