It is genuine 5 star accommodation. We love the Conrad and that is why we returned there this time and we do so again in the future. All the staff were outstanding. Special mention to the concierge team who sorted out several tricky issues for us and to Albert in the Brasserie who was particularly attentive and always tried to please. The food is always first rate.
