Everything was very clean and cozy The shared room was not too cramped. Had plenty of space. The common areas are really cozy and the staff was really nice!

It's amazing how this hotel works. It has direct access to the big shopping mall which I didn't expect. Direct entry to both metro lines which is surprising too. Breakfast was good. It's very silent in the rooms. Late check in without problems, even though I was delayed a lot (I informed the hotel before midnight about it). It's really an amazing stay.

The apartment was in a great location, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and the Mall. Our host was waiting for us by the reception to do the check in and she was very pleasant and kind. The video with the directions for the apartment was also super helpful. Big, spacious and clean apartment. Overall, a great stay.
