I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Amazing location and the view (4th floor). The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely polite, professional and very helpful (they were able to help me to find a nice beauty salon in Ustron and in the matter of a few hours to book an appointment for me). Wellness and SPA very nice facility and friendly staff. This is my first visit to this hotel and certainly not the last. I definitely recommend!

Amazing stay. Food was absolutely delicious ( kwaśnica, placki z blachy ) Thank you Chef. And huge thanks goes to staff, Ola & her college (don't know her name) always smiling and helpful. Room and facilities great. Definitely recommend.

very clean and neat, very friendly staff especially the girls in the restaurant (exceeding expectation in customer service, especially that we do not eat meat and travelled with a fussy toddler). Beautiful views, located in a quiet are, not far from the centre. Nice outdoor area with playground too.
