This is an authentic house with a large terrace and a stunning view of the ocean and São Jorge Island – a perfect place to stay and enjoy peaceful evenings after busy days exploring the island. The room was very clean, the common kitchen was very well equipped. Each room had its own small terrace with chairs and a place to dry your clothes, towels, etc. From the dining area there is a beautiful view of the ocean and São Jorge island. 5 minutes down the street there is a small shop. Can't recommend enough!

The house is very well situated and has the basic amenities. Easy to reach by car / taxi. We were very well received by the hosts and the checkout was very simple.

Amazing brand new place, designed with care and attention to detail at a peaceful location near natural pools and hiking routes. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, giving us tips for multiple activities around the island and making sure we have everything we need during our stay. Highly recommended, really great value for the price. We'd love to come back and stay longer.

This is a magical place with an ocean view and very comfortable accommodations. The apartment is spacious, clean, and fresh, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Parking in the yard is easy. While the location is somewhat remote, it is extremely beautiful and peaceful. The host was very helpful and caring. There is a barbecue area, but we didn't use it since there are a few nice restaurants nearby.

We had an incredible stay at the Lava Homes in Pico. Breakfast was delicious and the Magma restaurant was one of the best we’ve experienced in Pico. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property!

Really amazing experience! Very close to the ocean, calm area in vineyards. The view is insane. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen for breakfast. We weee lucky with weather so wind wasn’t a problem.
