The facility is new with proper comfortable furniture inside. The location is top notch, we were able to travel almost all parts of the "viewable" city by walk. Though, we haven't used the bus terminal and tram stations are located within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. It is within 15 minutes of walk to USCE concert area, which is nice since we were there for Rammstein. The view of the balcony was top notch, and we had a great time watching the city there. The communications with the host were stellar, the host answered all my questions before and during our stay.

Very big apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The location is also close to the city center by walk. The owner is great and very kind, he waited for us till 23 pm when we arrived even if we did not have signal on the phone. The parking spot is private and they have also underground parking possible. Really recommend this stay!
