This was a slightly different Glamping experience, best described by the host Emma: a GLorious CAMPING experience. In a very tastefully furnished tent, surrounded by nature, waking up with birds and greeted by the horses and the cat.....we will definitely come back.

Absolutely astonishing hotel in the middle of the forest. The houses have everything you need and are beautiful and very luxurious. Also the restaurant in the main house is fabulous and with a cosy touch! Beautiful paths are around and the nature is overwhelming. A wonderful place which is worth to spend more than one night there.

The property was beautifully located by the woods and close to a lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable about the history of the place and the area. We went down to the lake for a swim and used the wood burning sauna. There were also canoes and rowing boats for all the guests to use. My daughter enjoyed the hobby horses and I saw others making use of the croquet set and the bikes. We have decided to go back next year and stay for more than one night in order to make the most of the facilities 😊
