Everything was amazing. The studio was spotless, very well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. It was so peaceful, the rooms are soundproofed so no noise from next door. And the setting is breathtaking, waking up to a view of the mountains and opening the doors to just the sound of crickets and birds was heaven. We also loved the locally sourced brakfast basket on our first day. We can't wait to return. We didn't use the bikes but we could see they were excellent E-Mountain bikes and reception offered to assist with booking other activities.

Great place to stay. Quiet and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The way get to the house is so stunning. We arrived late that night, the owner waited for us until late. Sorry for that. Because if you arrive late, the restaurants around close early.

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped with good wifi, and is located in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes away from Bovec (by car). Our hosts, Florent and Maja, were very welcoming and offered plenty of tips about things to do in and around Bovec. Florent is a rafting instructor and was very helpful in making arrangements so that we could paddle down the Soča River right away!

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartement. It was very clean and comfortable. Gregor was a nice host who takes care in any need. The landscape was beautiful and you only had to ride maximum 30 min to see amazing spots.

Really nice place with our own bathroom and big kitchen with equipment. We had big dog with us and he loves it too. For two people and one dog it was really big appartment. The location was nice too. We will come again for sure!

    We received a basket with delicious local produce for breakfast. The accommodation is modern, spacious and has an alpine atmospheric feeling. Parking is free and the river with gorges and walking/cycling trails are close by. The e-bikes available onsite were fun to cycle with along the exceptionally scenic soča river
