A beautiful guesthouse in a magical, quiet spot. Roger and Louise are absolute legends! I completely overcooked it hiking over the mountain that day and to arrive to a home cooked meal, a cold crispy beer and some great conversation was perfect. Roger also helped me out with a lift the next day - thank you so much to you both, felt so looked after. Just note there is no shops or restaurants in this remote area - it’s wise to accept the additional offer of dinner!

The house is very beautiful and comfortable. It has all the amenities you need, everything is new and clean. The hostess, Sonja, is very nice and helpful. The house is located in a small village in the hills. You can see a beautiful waterfall in the distance from the window.

The apartment is near everything. It's clean and beautiful. We had everything needed and beyond that... We even got a little welcome treats. Really well equipped and has little things that are really helpful, like coffee, sugar, tea... Also hygiene supplies in the bathroom. I really liked wireless chargers by the beds.

I would like to recommend this accommodation. A very lovely place to stay in the village of Žabče, just outside Tolmin. The hostess was very kind and welcoming, and even treated us to a delicious apple cake. There is a blooming garden with several seating areas available. Within walking distance, you’ll find many beautiful sights to explore – the Bori Waterfall, a castle, the Soča River, mountains, and the Tolmin Gorges. Italy is also just 40 minutes away, where you can shop for Italian groceries. I recommend visiting Camp Labrca and trying the trout with butter it’s a must!

Apartment was located in 3 apartment building for guests - during our stay we were the only ones, therefore nobody bother us or did we. The pool was great refreshment! Otherwise - quite remote area. The apartment had a conditioner in the main room. Bathroom is located next to sleeping room (so, no privacy for adults, if kids are walking through the room for bathroom :) ). The bathroom was quite warm place due to the water-boiler which heated up the room a lot, meanwhile the water stream was uneven from hot to cold, but it wasn`t too critical - maybe some upgrade for boiler would be needed. Kitchen rather small and basic - if hosts would place there some salt & sugar, it would be great :)
