After many years of enjoying Haad Yao I finally found the perfect place to stay on this beach ! For some reason the beach was very crowded but Amara was still very relaxed.. if you like to stay on the beach with convertable clean rooms good beds and sweet staff you should go here !

EstoniaPrivate villa with our own pool that was cooling also when the infinity pool and sea were too hot. Beautiful and well-kept garden. This area sometimes has too low seawater level due to tide but in front of our hotel it was always possible to go into water. Very nice staff! As we stayed 2 weeks we got to see fireworks 3times.

The Room we had was big and spacious with cleaning every day. The bed was so comfy, we shared one bed as a family of 3. The restaurant serves really good food, coffee and breakfast is so nice. as we had some rainy days we spent some time in the restaurant and everything was so great. Stuff is lovely and interacting with the kids all the time. our fav was Lynn and my son loved Tata. We stayed in bungalow A-8 and it was facing the pool directly. Pool clean and big, suitable for kids and adults. Very convenient. Bungalow was always clean, towels always changed, they do laundry really cheap. Staff very friendly and helpful, arranging taxis even the last second. Beach just 2 min from bungalow. The attention to detail is great from making sure we had a transfer from the pier, to welcoming us, everything was perfect. It is a very kids friendly resort with amazing and heartwarming staff (especially Tom ;). The breakfast was very good and the kitchen even made simple porridge for our baby.
