By the way everything i experienced is the same for all customers. Rooms very nice and clean Reception made my life very easy specially when having a baby whatever i ask they immedoatelydo it with pleasure. Food was really top tasty Big thx to every staff in this hotel appreciate their work. Mr Bassem in the reception is so professional and welcoming and easylife maker. It's was not my first time and it will not be my last. You just get the best value on the market. Really the people are wonderful (staff), food is great, I love the dinning place where you eat and watch the palms...also it really is all inclusive. You cant ever get hungry, thirsty. The heart of the resort is the animation team. Lots of energy, honest smiles and just really the best people. Its a great place and I sure would visit again.
