The building is relatively new and has a nice working elevator. Washing machine was very helpful, especially because there was ALSO a drying rack with pegs! Has a newer TV with internet connection, so very functional with lots of viewing options :) Shower had good pressure and hot water. Kitchen had what was needed to cook multiple meals.
