One of the all-time best hotels we've stayed at! Very clean and comfortable - especially the king sized bed and amazing shower - and the most epic breakfast buffet we came across during our six weeks in Turkey, but what really puts this hotel in the 1% of hotels are the incredibly kind staff!! They really went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible stay (e.g. letting us check in early after taking a night bus, arranging a balloon ride at half the price quoted online, etc.) and for this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The communication was better than any other place I’ve stayed at, they responded quickly and set up transfers and bookings for things like balloon rides almost immediately. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily, tea and coffee were available in the room and also replaced every day. The location is perfect - very close to everything and easy to walk to the open air museum and other hiking areas or viewpoints. And there’s also a supermarket and ATMs within a minute or two walking, as well as tons of restaurants and shops etc.

1) The hotel was nearby at the restaurants, shops and the main road of Göreme 2) The rooms were very big and comfortable 3) The temperature in the room was perfect (outside temperature 0 degrees and the room was very warm) 4) Haroon was one of the best receptionists we have ever met. The stay was excellent. The structure is very unique, as carved inside the rock. So is the inside of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, as cooked and brought to the tables when the client seat in the breakfast area. The staff is excellent, very helpful in particular for tours and transfers. The place is very clean and well organized. They also have a beautiful terrace from where you can take excellent pictures of Goreme and beyond. On the floor level, they have a beautiful garden with lovely pets, including a very friendly cat and a beautiful parrot who whistles when seeing someone approaching. What can I say more? Absolutely excellent experience.

We divided our trip into two parts, one for the tour where we booked a standard hotel and the other for relaxation where we preferred a hotel with a pool and a cave. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were extremely professional and patiently showed us around the entire hotel. The hotel is so large that you'll need to allocate time to explore it. The pools are amazing and very clean, and you can even take advantage of the wine Tap, which is a great offer. The hotel's breakfast is good, and you can even enjoy it on the terrace of your room, which has a great view. The rooftop of the hotel has a fantastic view, and overall, I can say that staying at this hotel is like taking a tour itself. We booked two deluxe rooms, and one of the hotel's attractions is that no two rooms are alike, each with a unique appearance.
