Very comfortable, spacious and clean bedroom & bathroom with good quality furniture/amenities. There is even a small balcony. I especially appreciated the large common area with a very well equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine 😊). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was fine, in a quiet area, with several convenience stores and good restaurants within a 1-2km distance.

    We selected this hotel based on the child friendly water play area and it did not let us down. Additionally we were pleasantly surprised with the wealth of hot pools and spa facilities for adults including the feet nibbling fish in-house. Breakfast was really great - we spent a long time enjoying the offerings. The location was near town center and train station. Parking was included.

    Extremely kids and family friendly. The buffet breakfast every morning was amazing (catered well for our vegetarian family) - the chef was passionate and enthusiastic about preparing special extra meals for my family we felt like VIP. My kids especially loved the large bathroom with a massive hot spring bathtub that fit all my 4 kids. Beds were large and comfy.

    Everything. Especially the prompt and proactive service. Nothing is too difficult it seems. I gave a passing comment about smell in the toilet, and the room service staff ensured everything was taken care of. The facility is renovated, and everything is well thought through. Especially the hotel parking system (esp when compared to Art Spa where to moved from). So much fun activities to do in the hotel too. My son could not be happier with kids club, and my wife and I could not happier with the hotel spa facility.

    3 min to train station. Its clean and the bathroom is of good size. Provides baby cot and baby bath, ready when we check in. Great kids room and also kids play area by the reception. Very good breakfast too. Staff friendly.
