I like the information are useful. They provide the map and traffic around the hotel. Also, they have lots of food are very very very delicious. Stay here 3days. We had totally different foods.its awesome. The room is clean and quiet. Comfortable stay. Breakfast are different for 3 days. This is so sweet service. Very close to the bus stop to Taroko in front of the train station. I walked to the bus stop and took the bus no 310 at 7:05, which was the 1st bus to Taroko. I had enough time to see all the beatiful and awsome places in Taroko by just getting on and off the busese no 302 and 310. I used easy card and it cost far less than one day pass which was 250 TWD. The host was very kind and used translation app to explain about the trip to Taroko. He let me know that I must take only one of the two buses if I purchase one day pass. That is why I just used easy card. I also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of Susi Space and the town.

Exceptional hospitality. The hosts were so kind to me, they gave me food and told me about their way of living as well as trying in the traditional clothing.

The lady who worked there was super nice and accommodating. Went with some friends but our arrival time kept changing. She was ready for us when we arrived in the evening, helped bring our luggage up the stairs, made us breakfast in the morning and gave us complimentary homemade treats when we left. I felt she did everything at this cute place and I could tell she was a hard worker. Each room was decorated differently with a unique theme. The place was clean, seemed newly renovated and affordable. There are water dispensers on each floor for you to fill your water bottle for free. Just a note, you will need to take your shoes off before you enter and leave them outside but she provides slippers for you to wear inside.

Lisa and Boya are the nicest people I have ever met in a home stay. Because the hotel is a bit out of town, Boya brings his guests to a restaurant and picks them up again after dinner. I was there with my (adult) daughter and there were 2 other couples. The first night, Boya took all of us for a small trip to explain the taroko people and their culture. After that, Lisa organised a little DIY bracelet making, all free of charge. If you want to go to the Taroko Gorge or Qingshui cliffs, then the location is great, and much closer than Hualien City.

I thought that I just booked a room! I found that breakfast and dinner buffet were included, along with coffee, tea, ice-cream, and snacks all day long, as well as free laundry facilities and bicycles. I had seen free laundry and snacks mentioned in other reviews and, frankly, I didn't really believe it! The laundry facilities were excellent and included detergent as well. The breakfast and dinner buffet options were substantial. The room was also surprisingly nice with an excellent shower and toilet with bidet functions. All around fabulous for the price - I would stay here again the next time I was in Hualien for a hike.

Great place, everything was new and very clean. They had amenities at the lobby like flip-flops, toothbrush and so on and also snacks. The room had a nice balcony.

The owner was very kind and thoughtful. The room and facilities seemed rather brand new, definitely a chill and comfortable place. Last but not least, they helped me signing up for a SUP event, literally one of the most fun thing I’ve ever done in my life.
