    My really tiny room was upgraded at once to a family-sized (designed for children, equipped with toys). The apartment was very clean, well-equipped (common areas, kitchen, etc.), keyless, and so on. Its owners are a young couple, both are very kind and helpful (girl speaks English well).

    This is the best place to stay in Taitung for families with kids. It's a paradise for kids. Lot of toys and play options. Everything in the house and room is carefully selected keeping kids in mind. Loved staying here. Definitely recommended.

    There were swimming pool, spa and child play areas which our grandchild enjoyed very much. The room was big and clean but old. The breakfast was very nice with great choices of all kinds of food and plastic dishes and cutlery for kids. The ATM downstairs was quite handy.

    It was OK for us to our own breakfast. Something new to us. Harder for family with kids I think. Overall, it was a nice experience. Love the dining facilities of the hotel.

    The bed is so comfortable! And they also provide free baby crib! That’s really sweet. The service was really good. They contact me immediately after I book the room and they give me all the things and informs that I need to know.

    What an excellent stay for a parent and child! Not only is it clean and well-equipped, but also the space is well planned, and the interior ornaments and dolls make the kids very happy! I really feel that the host of the guest house takes great care of it, and although the remote management is still very active, he always handles all kinds of matters concerning the accommodation online, so that the of this trip to Taito will become a good memory!

    Spotless clean, the triple room is huge and as shown in the picture. Great view from the balcony. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a lift in the building, very convenient for families with kids or elderly. The location is closer to the train station than to the city centre, easily accessible if you're driving. Breakfast is not included but there are many choices just 5-10min walk along the main road.

    The hosts were amazing attentive. We were provided with home grown fruit on arrival and restaurant quality breakfast every morning. The property itself was well maintained with quality furnishings and unlimited coffee, milk tea and hot chocolate. Plenty of outdoor space to run a muck if you have small children. It’s only 2km from Tai Tung train station and 15 mins taxi ride to city centre. Highly recommend.

    The service was excellent. Good shuttle bus service to the train station, good and clean indoor outdoor pool facilities, hotspring bath and water jets,, 2 kids play area (one with books and toys another with ballpit/arcade games). Breakfast with a lot of choice however some days may be busier than others due to the tour operators. Good bedding and fantastic bathroom. Great baby bed and baby Bathtub/baby bath products and baby bottle sterilising machine.
