This was hands down the best place to stay in Zanzibar! I was looking for somewhere quiet to relax with amazing sunset views, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the chef even taught me some Swahili! The staff were incredible: always friendly, attentive, and going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. It’s the little things that really stood out. On my last day, I had a late-night flight and was going to miss breakfast. Without me even asking, they packed one up for me to take on my trip. That kind of thoughtfulness says everything about how much they care for their guests. I’d 100% recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat if I get the chance to visit Zanzibar again!

I've traveled a lot around the world and this is the best place for private, peaceful relaxation I've come across. Staff is super polite, discrete and helpful, the amenities are great (pool, 3 separate places to sit and enjoy their good food), the beach is 10m away. Each bungalow has privacy and there are a lot of chairs and beds for chilling. You'll see some other visitors but you can mingle or not - up to you, no pressure. Then, on Pingwe beach you have a few other nice options to visit - restaurants, bars and of course the famous Rock restaurant is a 10m walk away. And you can take a boat to the Blue Lagoon (10m ride) - a guy at the hotel can hook you up with any activity you're interested in.

It was an amazing couple of days, wish I could stay longer! The beach is incredibly clear and white sand, food was amazing! There is a bar near by with the best vibe and also mangroves near by to check out! They were all very accommodating but specially Ali, thank you for all!

Everything! literally in front of the beach. I love that it’s within locals so you can see children laughing on the beach and dancers performing. The space is warm with big rooms. The atmosphere is serene and absolutely gorgeous. I could stay here forever! The service was A class! Rooms were cleaned daily! Extra towels and linens. Breakfast is free with several courses. fresh fruits, squeezed juices and several varieties for breakfast. The hotel also provided a list of activities which I selected snorkeling and it was the most amazing experience. I went to Zanzibar to Rest after a grueling work schedule and Rest I did 💙💙

Everything. Beautifully made and run. Food is fantastic. Petra & Tomas are such amazing & friendly people. Their labour of love is the perfect place to unwind and have fun. Music, dance floor, darts, pool and a pool. The family bungalow with two rooms was perfect for our family of 3. Thank you Petra and Tomas for the wonderful stay.
