I'm not sure if there had been anyone renting this house boat before us, as it was so new and clean. Our family rented 3 boat houses, and they were able to have all 3 of us side by side. I made several changes during the course of my reservations and every request was able to be made. Only thing it may get you nauseous the first day but you get used to it. Very convenient having pots and pans to cook, mugs and other essentials. 15 mins away from Chincoteague Beach which is nice. The screen in the patio is a life saver don’t have to worry about mosquitoes. I love that it’s pet friendly, had a great time with my dogs here.
