    Somehow our room was assigned to another guest after we checked in and they entered the room while we were already inside it. That could have been an uncomfortable situation but fortunately we were watching TV when the door opened and a lady and three kids were standing there just as surprised as we were.

    Beautiful view, comfortable space, functional kitchen, very clean, easy walk to downtown and river front and very comfortable. Will return if we get a chance.

    Nothing. Place was a dump. No staff. 10 minute wait to check in. No one would answer the phone. When we finally did get checked in, we went in he first room and it hadn't been cleaned from the last guests. I made them give me a refund and went across the street to Comfort Inn and Suites and paid $220 more for 2 rooms
