Quiet location away from the main drag of Keystone, yet still within convenient walking distance. The grounds around the lodge are wonderful to explore. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly, talkative and on hand to answer any questions you might have.

We loved our stay here. We book the place last minute and it was one of the best stop during our road trip. The staff is kind, the place is quiet and feels very relaxing, other guests are respectful. You pretty much won’t hear a sound even in the evening while everybody is relaxing around their campfire. Room is clean, bathroom is clean. You are 15mins by car from Rapid City. I would love to come back here and stay longer.

We had a great time. We had no idea there was so much to see right there. So close to Mt. Rushmore. The room was perfect for the 4 of us and the staff was incredible. So friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Stayed 4 nights to explore Black Hills and Badlands. Was great being just outside Rapid City, but with a restaurant and bar on site an added extra, I didn't realize this when I booked. Adam and Andrea are great hosts, very helpful and would 100% recommend 👌 Nightly live music playing as well.
