This is a fantastic motel ----a motel from the past. 70 years ago when I was a child my parents would take me to Motels such as this-----on cross-country road trips. I did not think they existed anymore. Clean, modest, wonderful and helpful staff and owner. It was such a pleasure to find that the genuine motel of yester year still exists.

Located opposite Spring Lake, this boutique hotel offers free Wi-Fi and features an on-site restaurant. The Atlantic Ocean is 6 minutes’ walk.

Everything. The staff were very nice and chatted to us whenever we were about. The room was spacious and the balcony area was a lovely bonus. The location was brilliant, perfect stroll to the boardwalk. 2 doors down is an amazing deli/pizzeria. I will return here.

Pleasantly surprised at the cuteness of this hotel. We only stayed 1 night but the staff was lovely during that time. The room was modern and very clean. We even had a chance to use the onsite bikes to ride to breakfast in the morning before we checked out. The 5 Ocean Cafe & Boutique had very cute beach accessories and iced coffee/ espresso.
