This Villa House suited us big families and no fuss with Hawai’i nature pest and many hei hei chickens around. There is so much spaces for us to cook, eat and sleep, the beds are so super comfy. and having second toilets and outdoor warm shower is a bonus. So close walking distance to shark Cove, Pūpūkea beaches, pipeline and Waimea bay. Foodland is the best to provide foods during our stay. Plenty of security and gated fence. Beach towels were so cute for us to use during our stay. Basketball court and volleyball so close walking distance. Photos are spot on shown on here

This was a fabulous stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return. The property owners live in the basement apartment but are completely unintrusive and extremely friendly. We were grateful for some excellent local tips for great beaches and restaurants. The local area is wonderful; the quiet vibe of Haleiwa almost the complete antithesis of Honolulu/Waikiki which remains eminently accessible by road. Ignore previous reviews about the pool: it's very private, was always spotlessly clean, and was lovely for a refreshing dip after a long day out at the beach or local attractions. There are small air conditioners in every room. They're not super powerful but they're enough to take the edge off for a comfortable night especially in combination with the ceiling fans. House rules and check in instructions were fair and clear, respectively. Highlights for us were the outstanding location, the amazing lanai with ocean views (we saw humpbacks breaching over evening cocktails), and the quiet privacy combined with access to the best that Oahu has to offer.

Location is really great, its about 4 steps from 3 tables and about an 8 min walk to Waimea. Had everything we needed and was super easy to get to and unlock. The wild chickens are utter lols and the outdoor shower is great! there were also plenty of beach towels provided which was a great touch.

The staff at the accommodation was great, very friendly with an attention to details. We had a warm welcome and the rooms were very nice as well. They are very spacious and kept clean. We had a pretty ocean view. The accommodation is located in a beautiful place with pretty mountains in the backdrop and the Polynesian Cultural Center in walking distance. With a car you can also easily go around and visit cool North Shore locations. There is a beautiful beach in every village on the way.
