At first glance, when the door to this fabulous house opened, we fell in love, everything is very cozy and thoughtful. Comfort is designed for everyone from our 11-month-old child and 6-year-old children to entertainment for adults. We fed deer every morning, fried meat, and the most convenient thing is that the kitchen has absolutely everything you need for cooking and setting the table. And also, what is very important, we felt safe because of the security system. Of the minuses, I would like to come back again in the summer to use all the amenities (such as a swimming pool and tennis court) as they are not available in winter. From December 31 to January 3, 2025 was the perfect solution to celebrate the New Year at your place. By the way, there are also all the necessary shops, cafes in 15 minutes away, as well as one of the best ski resorts and the Kalahari water park in 30 minutes

NO BREAKFAST SERVED. WE MADE OUR OWN WITH FOOD PURCHASED AT LOCAL WALMART. THE HOUSE WAS OPEN AND AIRY. THE BATHROOMS HAD ENOUGH HOT WATER. A GRILL OUTSIDE ON THE DECK WHICH WE USED ONE TIME. THE LOCATION WAS QUIET & WOODED WITH NEIGHBORS CLOSE BY. TRASH CANS LEFT OUT BY THE CURB SO WE DID NOT NEED TO PUT THE CANS OUT FOR TRASH PICKUP. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS IN TOBYHANNA. BEDS COMFORTABLE WITH TWO BEDROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR & TWO ON THE MAIN FLOOR. FINISHED BASEMENT WITH POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, WASHER, DRYER. LOTS OF COMFORTABLE CHAIRS IN LIVING ROOM. LARGE TABLE IN AREA CONNECTED TO THE KITCHEN.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean and our group of 8 + 2 cats had more than enough space for everything. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub the most. Driveway was spacious enough for 2 cars, good charcoal grill on the terrace, lots of dishes to accommodate our large group, and it’s in 5 minute drive from Walmart, so anything we needed/forgot to bring was easy to get.

From the moment we arrived our experience at this hotel was exceptional. We loved it so much we changed our itinerary to stay an extra night. With my work I have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world and this one is up there with the best. The interior has been designed to such a high level that you are constantly noticing new and clever touches that feel luxurious and personal to the property. We especially loved the indoor / outdoor pool . Watching deer wandering in the woods outside our window and the food in the restaurant was sublime .The staff are a real credit to the hotel with their super friendly yet professional care. It was a joy to stay here and we already can't wait to go back again . Thank you Swiftwater .

Very nice location, forsest & little water stream just behind. We saw many Deers and 1 Fox like animal. Quiet and seren. Nice property, spacious. Felt like Luxury. Driveway to park your car.
