The location just outside the east gate was excellent. Mardona was an excellent host and I was very happy with the breakfast spread. The bathroom was heated for the winter season and the room was well insulated.

Very close to downtown. The owners are very kind. We couldn’t have breakfast one day and they prepared a meal pack to take away. I would recommend this hotel when you stay in Khiva. Best Quality-price ratio. We were a group of people and we could select the size of rooms for the same price.

The hotel design was gorgeous, very glamorous and tasteful but with a nod to the old style Madrassa arches. Very spacious lobbys and very big rooms with balconies too. The balcony overlooked the central courtyard which was a very relaxing place to have pre-dinner drinks. The bedlinen was very soft and cosy. Bathroom very comfortable. The food was good too. The Manager asked us how we were, were we happy etc. Pool was lovely as was breakfast.

This kind Khiva family opens their home to you, allowing you to get a better local experience than a hotel ever could. While we did not speak the languages of the other, we were well able to communicate with the help of translators and general kindness. Besides breakfast which each morning had different treats to offer, I ate every dinner here. I very much enjoyed the home cooked meals. The spacious guest rooms are brand new, very clean, and well taken care of. Internet worked well. The guesthouse is one or two rows in the back from the main walkway, making it a quiet and yet central location. Their son reliably drove me to the airport in Urgench for a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend this home stay.

You cannot ask for a better place to stay in Khiva. Location is right in middle of old walled city. And such a lovely people who are managing the property. Food at breakfast was freshly prepared and really nice. They really helped us by providing every info, maps, taxi service and extra food for our train journey. The property is really nice, big rooms and lovely setup for a sweet and effective trip.

    I really enjoyed staying at Rasulboy Guesthouse/Hotel. Locating is perfect as it is inside the citadel and walk to all the main sights and museums. The family running the hotel were absolutely lovely and kind from the dad to the mom, Rasul, his younger brother and his super cute baby sister and his grandmother! I felt at home and well taken care of. They also arranged taxi for me coming in and flying to the airport. I would definitely stay with them again in the future.     A great family hotel with cozy rooms and very authentic interior. The host was very helpful. The breakfast should be included in the UNESCO list as a masterpiece of hospitality. The location is also perfect in the historical center. Amazing!
