The hotel has been recently refurbished to the highest standard and we enjoyed the spacious and fully equipped rooms. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Breakfast is varied and abundant. Much appreciated the complimentary pick-up from the airport and the organization of onward journey to Moynaq and Khiva.

This place is highly recommended. We spent a night here on our way to Kazakhstan, and had a wonderful time. The family that runs the place is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. The food was very good, and the setting is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a very nice garden. A true family-run hostel in the best way possible. The rooms and amenities are perfect and very, very clean. The family offered to help us book taxis to go to the city center, and even drive us to the train station. We look forward to coming back.

Everything was perfect. Even the breakfast. I have to point out, that I had the coffee ever in central Asia as they have a real full automatic coffee mashine. Staff was friendly and helpful, much more than just doing their jobs. Sometimes had nice conversations with the receptionists. Room was cleaned everyday.

Staff were so helpful. They arranged reasonably priced driver for us to Khiva via 4 castles. Assisted with queries on our Aral Sea trip. They own the yurt camp at Aral Sea which is excellent standard, highly recommended. Cheapest and fastest laundry service we had.

Well well well, where to start.. The room was huge, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The extremely kind staff. The breakfast was delicious (I only take continental breakfast and the cakes were delicious), the best in Uzbekistan. But let's get to what makes this place extraordinary: we arrived early (and tired) and they offered us breakfast and gave us the room without further charges. We took part in a tour organized by them (they manage a tour operator) and, since for various reasons we didn't have lunch, they insisted on giving us part of our money back. I know that the hotel has an excellent reputation and does not need my endorsement but from the bottom of my heart I thank all the staff for making my short stay in Karakalpakstan beautiful ♥️
