We had the best time in Vietnam - all due to the warm welcome, wonderful service and fabulous stay at Hoian Tranquill Beach Villa. We are a family of 5 and the villa was incredibly spacious, equipped with all facilities, close to the beach, next door to restaurants & a bakery and with its own pool. But most impressive were Hiêp and Hiêm! They made us feel welcomed, they were warm, kind, generous and incredibly talented. The food was out of this world - whether it was for breakfast or dinner. The care and thoughtful preparation were really appreciated and enjoyed by us. Hiêp went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. Tranquil is the perfect name for the villa! It was an oasis for us and gave us precious family time. Even 5 stars are not enough to describe how we felt at home, away from home.

The apartments are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, so when you arrive you are greeted by the manager and ladies who work at the spa, they are always welcoming and polite to speak with. The room was cleaned daily, I extended my stay from 2 to 6 days as it was so nice and lovely to stay here. I would highly recommend their apartment and spa, I've also made use of their spa and their massages are really good. You get a 15% discount for staying with them and 10% discount at selected restaurants in the area. The manager and ladies who work at the front desk are friendly and will assist you to the best of their ability if you need anything. I had a really lovely time staying here and will likely come again here in future.

The house was fantastic in all respects and set in a beautiful and lush setting, which is nicer than the pictures show. The location was perfect for the 2 of us. It was quiet, away from any party or other hassle, but still only a very few minutes walking distance to local and western style (if you need it) restaurants and cafes, to shops, a local market where you'll find delicious tropical fruits, nice beach, a selection of spas, ATM....you name it. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we had the option to prepare our own food or go out for meals, which we did most of the time. Hoi An is only a short motorbike or car ride away. We promise, you'll be glad to return to lively but peaceful An Bang after meeting the crowds in Hoi An city. The villa manager Trinh was very friendly, very responsive and even more helpful at arranging activities and transport, always at good prices. Everything we asked for was arranged smoothly. We would have extended our stay, if the villa had been available for some more days. We will happily try to book again whenever we are going to travel to the area. We are glad we booked it and had a perfect stay.
