Location is good just outside of old town close to a nice lake. Staff is really friendly and helpful, Son suggested a place for lunch nearby which was great! The pictures don’t lie, the room was actually really fresh and neat.

A wonderful stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel. Room was upgraded, clean, airy and well maintained. Nice room with view and balcony. What impressed me the most was the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and especially the Pho was outstanding and left a great impression. I don't often leave reviews but this home stay was awesome! The family are so so nice. I wish we were there longer and I'd definitely go back. We came down in the morning and sat with the most lovely guy who I'm guessing is the man of the house. He gave us tea and fresh fruit while telling us his family had lived there for years and all lived together. His wife then made us the most yummy food. They were so nice I highly recommend staying here specially if your keen to get out the craziness of the main city. Can't wait to go back and spend more time with these lovely people. X
