Very nice, new, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a great location. I immediately felt welcome. Hannah contributed greatly to this. She took excellent care of me, was always friendly, extremely helpful, and very courteous. In general, there is always someone available at any time. I had a very pleasant stay and can only recommend it to anyone planning to come to Hanoi.

Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and hospitable. The rooms are very nice for the price. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

As funny as the room looks like- it was a very comfortable place. It ticks all the boxes. First time for me to sleep on a round bed ever! Staff very nice and helpful. Bit out of town but bus 31 - bus stop in front of the house- will take you to the old town for only 10000 dong. I got a grab back. Around the corner there are a couple of eating places- I had a very good pho there and there is a coffee/ smoothie place.

Brand new room and all the equipment. Very firendly service. Due to the second floor room, view was not much but our purpose was to stay in the hotel and have a rest. Perfect place due to close distance from Airport and quiet surroundings.

I had an exceptional stay in this hotel in Hanoi! The apartment was top notch - brand new, spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you'd need, plus a nice view. I don't often leave reviews but this home stay was awesome! The family are so so nice. I wish we were there longer and I'd definitely go back. We came down in the morning and sat with the most lovely guy who I'm guessing is the man of the house. He gave us tea and fresh fruit while telling us his family had lived there for years and all lived together. His wife then made us the most yummy food. They were so nice I highly recommend staying here specially if your keen to get out the craziness of the main city. Can't wait to go back and spend more time with these lovely people. X
