I was using crutches at the time, and was having trouble going up the stairs, so they help my carry my things upstairs and help me get up there, then they told me to just stay at this floor and they would bring me food so I didn’t have to use the stairs an unnecessary amount of time. Absolutely amazing. Be aware of roaming, sweet and cuddly cats ;)

The hostel is at a great location in Ha Giang, just outside the city center. Therefore, it is quiet and has some nice space to sit outside to talk to other guests or the very friendly and helpful staff. I planned to stay only one night but stayed for a week because I felt like being home immediately. I would definitely go again. Thanks a lot for the great time.

Holly is a very nice person, kind and helpful. She helped me with my luggage which was quite heavy and she was there very early on the day of my check out in case I needed anything. She even called the office lady where I booked my bus ticket to Hanoi to try to solve some misunderstandings with the bus driver and my pick up point. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and the homestay is in a very quiet road so you can make sure you will get a good night's sleep.

Loved everything in An's house. The birds around the house, wonderful bed and very good cover, nice hot shower. The food they cook was very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff and An is the heart of the place. I recommend An's house and I'll return there after Ha Giang loop.
