The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and famous restaurants and right next to Hoan Kiem. Good location and friendly staff. They offer a very flexible early check in at 10:30 am and help me to keep our luggage after we checked out.

So lucky to have found this excellent hotel. First of all, service is 5 star. The room was beautiful just like photos and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and with many options to choose from. Location is perfect, close to many interesting spots. And the staff is just lovely and very helpful. Eliana's high-touch hospitality started the moment I confirmed the booking. Aside from standard communications, I received offers for private transport from the airport to the hotel, which were very competitive. I confirmed via WhatsApp with both "Miss Jane" and thereafter with "Miss Katee" who works the front desk. Katee met me upon arriving and provided consistent/considerate/soft-hearted service for the remainder of my stay -- going so far as to insist my helmet be secured prior to leaving on a motorbike. All staff for that matter was beyond personable ensuring a soothing hospitality experience.
