Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi, if you like to party (location is very very good and walking distance to most drinking spots) or if your with a family (very quiet and kid friendly) this place is perfect and we had the best time here. Great breakfast menu, clean rooms and the friendliest staff who always check in with you and the manager Jackie was so helpful with planning are next part of the trip. Travelling as a family of 4 with 2 young children means we can be quite needy! The staff were always too happy to help with any questions or concerns that we had. They even washed baby bottles for us daily! The bar was cosy and a nice addition to the stay, quite enjoyed a red wine there at night. The pillows were comfy and rooms dark making for a comfy sleep.
