This was one of the best accommodations that we had in our 1 month stay in Vietnam. The family that run the Homestay are so lovely and welcoming. They helped us out with local recommendations and ensured that our room had everything we needed. The location is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful while only being a short 4 min walk to the main strip of Tam Coc. The rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The day we were checking out was rainy so we spent most of the day sitting in reception waiting for our bus, the host was so kind and brought drinks over without us even asking and they provided fresh towels for us to take a shower before we left that evening. We really didn’t want to leave!

I’ve been traveling for many years, and this is one of the best hostel I’ve been. The location is great, the accommodation is good for the price, the staff is super friendly, the food is excellent, and mainly, the vibe is so good !!

The owners were very kind and even helped me to send the box by post office. Also took the bike , booked bus-tickets to Hue through owners.

An absolute hidden gem in Ninh Binh/ Tam Coc! 🌿 The bungalow is brand new, super clean, and perfectly located right in the middle of stunning scenery – ideal for exploring the area. Kevin, the host, and his family is extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel at home from the first moment. Free bicycles are available, and you can also rent a scooter directly on site. Plus, there’s a great pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Everything is peaceful, comfortable, and done with so much care. Highly recommended – I’m sure this place will become very popular soon!

This is a new hotel located in a quiet side street with newly equipped and modern rooms. Also the bathroom was large and everything was very clean. The hosts were friendly and took very good care of us. We were the only guests this night but they made a delicious breakfast just for us. Also taking care of our luggage at checkout day was not a problem and we were even allowed to shower again when we picked up our things. We can really recommend this accommodation if you're looking for a comfortable stay at a good price.

The hotel owner was very friendly and helped with all our questions. The hotel is new and 5-star, the prices are reasonable, and the location is close to all the attractions. I recommend it to everyone. There's a pool and a mountain view. We had a wonderful time. You can also book tickets and tours through reception.

Huge, comfortable, well equipped room with stunning finishes. Crystal clear pool in jungle like setting. Beautiful grounds in a pristine location. Close to many attractions in Ninh Binh. The staff were awesome! Restaurant is on the pricey side, but offered the best food of our trip thus far - definitely worth every cent.

We loved our stay at Tam Coc Golden Fields Retreat in Ninh Binh. Our lodge was incredible, very beautiful and with a lovely terrace and outdoor bath. We booked a tour through the hotel too which was great. Overall the staff were great and very helpful, and the property was stunning.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Haven! The owner Hoa is very nice and arranged for us bicycles and motorbikes to get around the beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh’s area. It was very easy to communicate with the owner who was always responsive to our requests and open to nice conversations! The pool was real reward after long day of visit under the sun :)
