The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped with all our questions. The hotel itself was modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious omelets and crepes of your choice served directly at the table. The hotel was a bit challenging to find, but it was absolutely worth the effort.

The location of the property is excellent, parking is great, and the rooms are outstanding. The girl working at the reception (I believe her name is Ezra) is very kind, smiling, and welcoming. This is my go-to place whenever I’m staying in Pristina!
