The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. As a special touch for our honeymoon, they even upgraded us to an ocean-facing room which made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The view from the room was simply spectacular, and we could spend hours simply gazing out at the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The peace and tranquility of the surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The bar at The Fernery was beautifully designed, and the fireplace provided the perfect setting for a cozy evening. The ambiance of the bar was warm and inviting, and we loved spending time there. One of the things we loved most about The Fernery was the sense of seclusion and privacy. Despite being located in the national park, it felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The natural beauty of the surroundings provided a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere that we will never forget. Everything was fantastic! The location is stunning, our cottage was beautiful decorated and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They even made a birthdaycake for my sons birthday. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended

As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of the place and then positively amazed by the friendliness and politeness of the staff and owners! .. they requested a transfer for me to Tsitsikamma, and they were super helpful!!! The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and you can see the care taken in every detail! The rooms, the bathroom, the garden and the breakfast area are impeccable!!!!

The property was breathtakingly beautiful. I woke up bright and early each morning to try and catch the sunrise. I took awesome hikes through the Forrest and enjoyed the best spa experience with Michelle. Jermina was very helpful at reception too and assisted with any itinerary I had or experience I wanted to book.

Hosts were super kind and welcoming. We had really good conversation and even got some recommendations for food and travelling. The garden was beautiful, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace in the sun.

One of the most beautiful places we ever been so far!! The view and the hive itself was stunning!! Its even better then on the pictures!! If you want a trip at the Garden Route you have to visit this place! But the most beautiful are the people there. They are so lovley and thankful, i appreciate it that the most!
