We had half board, the food was excellent. The pool is normal size, lifeguards, waiters, cafe - everything is great. The room size is great, the view is gorgeous. The staff were great to work with and were caring. Next time we come back to Abu Dhabi there will be no question of choosing a hotel.

The hotel is magnificent, friendly staff, helpful, welcoming with big smile, Mr . Shiva Giri was a great help with wonderful smile 😊, always there is an answer to any questions, Mr . Shambaz Hassan at the Crystal Lonuge was nice although the afternoon tea 🍵 was missing something like sandwiches , thank you for the chef caring and asking

Excellent hotel, large pool, clean room! The staff is very friendly and they allowed late check-out! Our room overlooked the pool and in the evening it was noisy, but the view was beautiful.
