Jurayrah
Qasr Al Sarab’s accommodation features luxury fibres and earthy hues. All rooms have sliding glass doors opening to a terrace with desert views. They offer a deep soaking bath, rain shower and a pillow menu. I just had the most extraordinary experience at Qasr Al Sarab, and I can't contain my enthusiasm! Nestled in the heart of the Liwa Desert, this place is nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into another world—one where the golden dunes stretch endlessly, shifting colors with the sun, and the silence of the desert brings a sense of deep tranquility. The setting itself is breathtaking. Standing atop the dunes, watching the sun dip below the horizon, I was mesmerized. The desert’s vastness, combined with the sheer beauty of the resort, made every moment feel surreal. The architecture blends seamlessly with the surroundings, giving the impression of a timeless oasis rising from the sand. But what stood out the most was the night sky. With no city lights around, the stars felt closer than ever, creating a celestial spectacle I’ll never forget. The hospitality was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the incredible cuisine, every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide an authentic yet luxurious experience. Sitting around a fire under the desert sky, enjoying traditional Emirati flavors, I felt completely immersed in the spirit of the place. Qasr Al Sarab is more than just a resort—it’s an experience that awakens the senses and leaves an imprint on the soul. I can’t wait to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unparalleled escape into the desert’s magic!

With its hilltop position and overlooking Liwa Oasis and the Empty Quarter, the luxurious Liwa Hotel features traditionally furnished rooms and villas and an outdoor pool. Abu Dhabi is a 2 hours and 30 minutes' drive away. We LOVED this hotel. The hotel room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect. We even saw camels feeding in the desert next to the hotel in the morning. We used the pool as well and it was refreshing. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and would stay here again.

Great experience out in the middle of the desert. Brianne and Salem were great, we had a lot of fun in the activities we did (date farm tour and dune bashing). Great place to go and disconnect
Absolutely stunning views and a private villa. This felt like a luxurious breakaway, which was very special to take my family to who was visiting from the UK. The staff were friendly and were always available to support with any queries. The views of the desert were spectacular and the pool was clean with relaxing swings to enjoy by the poolside. The chef was very friendly and cooked a delicious omelette. We paid extra for a firepit to be lit and enjoyed toasted marshmallows (that we took ourselves).

Place is very good for family trip and relaxing. The staff is helpful.
I have no words to describe this place. It is out of this world, especially the location. You feel like you are in a sort of Arab fairytale. The view is astonishing, breathtaking. The hotel is in the middle of sand dunes, rooms are excellent. You have to stay at this hotel once in your life.
Excellent hotel, good food and very kind staff. We recommend the private villa with pool. The right choice for families and the right choice for pepole who appreciate privacy. 10/10 We traveled with our baby and it was perfect! One of the best hotels we have visited for sure.
This is not a hotel, but a place to have the best experience of the desert and traditional culture. Tent was well equipped and very clean. Bed and pillows extra comfortable, we had the best night sleep surrounded by silence. The sunrise when leaving the tent was breathtaking. Food was local and delicious. Staff helpful and generous . Don’t miss the dune bashing! An experience you will never forget. Our stay at Liwanights was magical! Thank you Liwanights family, cant wait to visit again!
