After cleaning up we had one of our favorite dinners on the trip. Definitely try the gröste with the knodel. Super special and will knock your socks off. The owner was so so nice - bicycles were put in their garage and we had a leisurely dinner. The owner shared their special walnut liquor with us - what a treat to learn about it and taste it. The breakfast was incredible - it had literally everything you could want. My son especially loved the scrambled eggs with ham. Highly recommend this hotel.
