Everything was great, first did not get the room with a view - but actually upon asking our room was changed (we were fortunate that another room was available + the staff was very friendly and willing to help). The property is non-smoking and is situated 48 km from Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course. Beautiful, cute and warming hotel. We were just passing by and I regret we didn't book it for a longer period. It's a place you definitely get very comfortable. Hoping to book it for a real stay in the future.

Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia - Summercard included from may 15th was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. It’s really calm and great for couple days, location is good, everything in walking distance
