Located in Maurach, 10 minutes walking distance from the Achen Lake, Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a bar and a restaurant with a large selection of pizza, pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

The hotel is amazing, something that stands apart in design from most of classic Austrian hotels. The breakfast was also very good and the staff very welcoming.

From December 2017 the property offers 32 new built apartments and a newly renovated wellness and sauna area. A nice apartment that provided everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff, a nice view of the river behind the building, parking right in front of the building, restaurants and shops within a walking distance, and the gondola few steps across the parking lot. We would gladly stay there again if we ever return to Sölden.

An indoor swimming pool, steam bath, infrared cabin and solarium are further features of the hotel. The large sauna has windows with views of the countryside. A children’s playground, games room and table tennis facilities are also on the property. We LOVED this property and the experience of staying here. The staff was friendly and accomodating and everything was clean. We had breakfast and dinner daily and the meals were PHENOMENAL! There was so much food and all of it was amazing! This property is located in a very convenient location to everything offered and our room had a wonderful view from a patio.
