The room was very clear with all comforts and excellent view to the river. Very important for us, that the roon is very close to railway station (7min) and to the center. Excellent choice, i highly recommend it.

The apartment was amazing. it was super clean and very, very comfortable. This is definitely the place to stay if you go to Tournai. it is very centrally located and you can reach everywhere you need to go very quickly. I will recommend this apartment to everyone i know. Arriving is very easy and getting the keys was very easy and convenient too. Jean-Baptiste was very helpful. I really recommend staying here.

It is a little difficult to translate all the positive impressions of my stay into detailed information. Here an old manor house has been transformed into a wonderful, modern but homely hotel. It is probably aimed primarily at wellness guests, but it is also well suited for business travelers. The owner welcomes guests with great warmth. Even if she does not speak perfect English (or German), you can communicate very well with her. My really spacious room or suite was on the 2nd floor. In the bathroom part of the suite there was an elegant/luxurious free-standing bathtub (which I did not use), there is a separate shower with fantastically fluffy bath towels and good care products, as well as a separate toilet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, eggs and bacon are freshly prepared. Croissants, fresh bread and home-made jams complete the whole thing. When I carelessly expressed my desire for Earl Grey tea the night before, it was probably bought especially for me for breakfast. I have never experienced such attention before!!! I had not asked for it and had not even hoped for it!

We are a family four and we enjoyed two nights’ stay at this lovely Auberge. There was easily accessible parking just outside of the rooms. The accommodation was spacious with two good size double bedrooms and a very comfortable living area and a little kitchen. It was just as it appears in the photos. It is right next door to a very lovely restaurant, where the breakfast is served in the mornings and they served lovely food in the evenings (extra cost for the evening meal as per their menu). The atmosphere was lovely at the restaurant and the service was very friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had the misfortune to suffer a punctured tyre just before our arrival at the accommodation. This was obviously potentially really inconvenient for us - particularly happening on a Friday evening! The owner was extremely helpful. He was even kind enough to get up early on a Saturday morning and accompany us to the local garage and ensure that the problem was sorted quickly for us so that we could fully enjoy a day at the zoo. We were really made to feel that this was no problem for him to do so, but we felt this was definitely above and beyond expectations of usual level of service. We were extremely grateful for this as this event could have really ruined our only day at the nearby zoo. We would highly recommend both the rooms and the restaurant.

We went in Winter time, 1 couple and 2 children, and the experience was great from start to finish. The instructions and information provided were clear and complete, allowing us to do everything completely on our own without any difficulties. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a cozy atmosphere. The cleaning also deserves praise—impeccable in every detail, creating a very pleasant and comfortable environment for all of us. Definitely a place we recommend and plan to return to!

Gîte Rubis - JACUZZI - Pairi Daiza - 6 pers ligger i Brugelette, 49 km fra Gare de Valenciennes Togstation. Her er adgang til et boblebad. The house was very clean and there was a private parking spot. Great location to the zoo as well.
