We woke up to a live NatGeo Wild kind of a game drive in the Chobe National Park with Charles. A knowledgeable, patient, friendly and passionate 5-Star guide. Beside the staff what’s more you may wonder. Chobe house is located right on the banks of Chobe River and still close to all supermarkets and restaurants. At Chobe house you will have comfortable bed, good WiFi, aircon and breath taking view of the Chobe River from the Boat House. Our whole stay’s highlight is the staff. Not only do they offer exceptional service; they are readily available whenever you need them for anything, literally. Our send off was as warm as the welcoming. After an informative chat on photography with IK and Phenyo we left Chobe House sure that we will definitely be back again. What a magical time we had!

Super host Irene was without doubt the most helpful person on my whole trip. Not only for arranging game drives and river cruises, but also for anything else you might need. Can't say enough good things about her willingness to provide assistance whenever needed. The cottages themselves are quite nice and good quality for the price, and the location is quiet due to its distance from the main roads. Wouldn't change a thing about the stay.

Amazing personal service by Sofia and the team. Nothing was too much trouble… from arranging super river cruise and game drives to transfers, taxis, restaurant bookings etc. Delicious treats and safari tea too! Catered to our vegetarian needs well.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. It was truly one of the nicest hotel experiences I have ever had and it is mostly thanks to the incredible host Chimney. He is a remarkable person and host. He helped us so much when we had a car break down and drove us across Savuti to Khwai (which is an incredible distance). I highly recommend staying here and booking meals and activities with Chimney. His game drives were fantastic and he has a great chef who makes wonderful food. The lodge itself is very simple and comfortable with a very reasonable price but the extras are what makes the place extraordinary. Chimney is also a community leader and many things that he is doing is to help his entire village. It is clear the lodge is a labor of love for him and he built it on the site of his grandmother's house.

Located in Kasane and with Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park reachable within 6 km, Jackalberry Chobe provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Everyone was extremely friendly and have accommodated us perfectly! I asked them to help me set up my marriage proposal and they went above and beyond to help me. We had private activities for our full stay and they helped organize a romantic sunset boat tour for my proposal. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Jackalberry Chobe Lodge, amazing people, beautiful views, the pool was great, the food was great and the activities were well organized, always on time. The perfect way to visit the Chobe region!

Overlooking the Lesoma Valley in the Chobe District, Elephant Valley Lodge offers accommodation in Kasane. This lodge boasts an infinity pool and a deck that overlooks a waterhole. Lovely and helpful host with very well trained staff who were always helpful. Lovely location overlooking its own waterholes and a steady movement of game animals in/out which made for remarkable sights. Excellent game drives with very knowledgeable drivers. All round a great experience!
