From the beginning, I was impressed by the central location and the interactions I had with Dominique, the hostess. I had a few questions beforehand, and she answered all of them thoroughly. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect for me. Dominique kindly picked me up, met me, and showed me all the facilities, operations, and functions. The apartment was even better than the pictures suggested. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and exactly as one would expect. At the end of my stay, we connected again, and the check-out process went smoothly, including returning the keys and securing the apartment. Throughout my visit, I felt treated like family, which made the experience all the more special.

The hotel is in a pretty good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly cleaned and all the space around was sterilely cleaned. No noise bothered us. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee, tea, mirrors.

Only a 5-minute walk from the charming historic Old Town of Biel and from the Biel Train Station, Hotel La Balance self check-in offers a restaurant and free WiFi. A bus stop is right in front. Great host, very supportive and kind. Self check-in went very well, quick and easy. Good breakfast in the morning.
