You can enjoy the alpine beauty from the balcony. Close to the hotel there was a souvenir shop which was also nice. Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

Throughout the stay, guests can enjoy the Bürgenstock shuttle boat to and from Lucerne, as well as the funicular, free of charge. The staff is nice, the place is relaxing, food and drinks all good

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.
