You can enjoy the alpine beauty from the balcony. Close to the hotel there was a souvenir shop which was also nice. Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne).

Throughout the stay, guests can enjoy the Bürgenstock shuttle boat to and from Lucerne, as well as the funicular, free of charge. The room is clean, large and quiet.

First of all I would like to thank Janka for all the extra effort she pulled for us because of our late check in, She was very kind and helpful and prepared everything for us.
