On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Very accomodating and professional hosts including adapting to dietary constraints and gave us good tips for the local area. They even went out of their way to find oat milk. Breakfast served to your door to enjoy with the view was a nice touch. Beautiful view from the rooms. Lots of nice hikes nearby. Close to the bus stop so was very convenient.
