We reach hotel about 10am, the staff was very friendly and good they try to let us early check in after we had 16h long flight to Lugano. And the breakfast is good have many choices. Great location just beside the station. Definitely will book again if I go travel again. I will know this hotel because is recommended by my parents they also stay here on last year and recommend us.

We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy.
