I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

We love the location and the owner makes the check in process so easy. The amenities were great and they were generous with towels. Love the fact they have a washing machine and dryer. Balcony we used all the time.
