The room had a magnificent view of the mountains also it had a comfy table to sit at and drink wine admiring the views. The hotel is in a very quiet place, you can only hear the sounds of nature through the window, so slept very well. The breakfast was magnificent, everything was so fresh. After a week of traveling around Switzerland, I can clearly state that this was the best hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Wifi was quick. Rösti for dinner was delicious, and the breakfast produce was fresh and tasty. Quiet, despite its central location. Free parking in front. Warm welcome from friendly owners. I would happily return!

It was easy to get in with the self-checkin which was important for me since I arrived with the last train. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was perfect. Good pillows, good mattress, just excellent.

You have the impression to stay at an Airbnb or friends’ house and don’t want to leave. Location is practical as it’s not far from Zurich with airport and international trains as well as from all the places where the hiking tracks start.
