Great value for the price. Amazing instructions and detailed help with most of the questions the travelers might have. The apartment is nice, clean and tidy. Good location with parking spot or public transport connections (even city bikes “publibike” are just in front of the door).

This hotel was a 10+ for the location, staff and ambiance. Illiana was so helpful and sweet. She was so welcoming and kind to us and gave us info and a map, checked up with us and was the best! This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.
