Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! The breakfast room/shared area was charming, especially with the breakfast table atop a dinghy and it was well positioned for the views. The construction of the buiding with wooden shingles, floors, walls and ceilings was charming along with the artesanal art pieces on display. There was room for two cars to park in front of the premises which is rare for the area.
